About Devin
Devin Law is an LA based storyboard artist, designer, and painter in the animation industry with a wide range of styles focusing strongly in action. He has worked as a Vis Dev artist on Young Jedi Adventures at Wild Canary, a background painter/color designer on Solar Opposites, and an assistant character designer at Titmouse. Before his adventure in animation, he worked as a 2D artist and illustrator at Niantic games. There he would create illustrations as well as revisions on projects like Magic the Gathering. His proficiency as a 2D artist perfected due to his daily role of designing characters, creatures, props and sets. Devin has a BFA from the College of Creative Studies. To expand his skills, he worked closely with CCS to create a custom curriculum that branched across several departments like animation, illustration and product design. Devin’s passion for the craft ignited when he discovered Dragon Ball, Comics and video games as a kid. He was also inspired by his crazy adventures growing up with his friends in Michigan. He now finds himself in LA with a work ethic and drive to become a better artist and storyteller. |
